RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NHPC Limited to provide a comprehensive range of IT and ICT services. The MoU was signed in the presence of RailTel’s CMD Sanjai Kumar, NHPC’s CMD Raj Kumar Chaudhary, RailTel’s Director (Network Planning & Marketing) Yashpal Singh Tomar, and other senior officials from both organisations.
Scope of the Partnership
Under this collaboration, RailTel will offer NHPC a suite of advanced IT and ICT solutions, including:
- Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Services for secure and resilient data management.
- CCTV Surveillance Solutions to enhance security.
- IT/OT Infrastructure to improve operational efficiency.
- Security Operations Center (SOC) Services to strengthen cybersecurity.
This MoU aims to establish a long-term strategic relationship, enabling NHPC to leverage RailTel’s digital infrastructure and IT services at competitive rates while ensuring compliance with Central Government norms and cybersecurity protocols.
