Jaipur: Avichal Chaturvedi, an IAS officer of the 2012 batch (Rajasthan cadre), has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Member Secretary of the Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (RSCPCR). Currently serving as the Joint Secretary in the Home Department, Jaipur, Chaturvedi’s new role will see him take charge of ensuring the protection and advocacy of children’s rights across the state.
The appointment highlights Chaturvedi’s dedication to public service and his ability to handle multiple crucial administrative positions in Rajasthan.
As Member Secretary of the RSCPCR, he will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Commission’s efforts to safeguard the welfare of children in the state, working on policies and initiatives that ensure their rights are upheld.
Chaturvedi’s leadership is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the Commission, aligning with the government’s ongoing efforts to improve child welfare in Rajasthan.
