New Delhi: The Ministry of Railways has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Naik as Director (Projects) of IRCON International Limited, effective from the date of assumption of charge. Naik, currently serving as General Group Manager (GGM) at RITES Ltd., will hold the position until his superannuation on May 31, 2030, or until further orders.
The appointment was formalised through Ministry of Railways order No. 2024/E(O)/40/21, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
