IRCON Appoints Sudhir Singh as Director Projects to Strengthen Railway and Infrastructure Projects

Effective January 1, 2026, Mr. Sudhir Singh takes charge to strengthen project management across IRCON’s key domestic and international assignments

New Delhi: IRCON International Limited, a leading public sector infrastructure and railway construction company, has assigned the additional charge of the post of Director Projects to Mr. Sudhir Singh, IRSE, currently serving as Executive Director and Chief Engineer (BS) at the Railway Board. The appointment, approved by the Ministry of Railways, will take effect from 1 January 2026 and remain in force until further orders.

Strategic Leadership Move to Enhance Project Execution

 The decision to entrust Mr. Sudhir Singh with additional responsibilities comes in view of administrative requirements and the need to streamline project execution at IRCON. The move is part of the company’s focus on strengthening its project management framework to efficiently handle domestic and international infrastructure projects.

Compliance with SEBI and Companies Act Regulations

 IRCON has disclosed the appointment under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The company is also initiating all necessary procedures under the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations to formally appoint Mr. Singh as Director Projects. Further statutory disclosures will be made once he officially assumes charge.

Focus on Infrastructure and Railway Excellence 

Mr. Sudhir Singh brings extensive experience in railway infrastructure and project management, making him a key addition to IRCON’s leadership. His appointment is expected to reinforce IRCON’s capacity to deliver large-scale railway and infrastructure projects, both within India and internationally, in line with strategic priorities and operational goals.
