New Delhi: The Ministry of Railways has approved the deputation of Mr. Anurag Anand, IRSSE (DOB: 02/09/1984), currently serving as Deputy Chief Signal & Telecommunication Engineer (Dy. CSTE/HQ) at Northern Railway, to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), New Delhi. Mr. Anand has been appointed as General Manager (S&T) at the Corporate Office of RVNL for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever comes first.
Terms and Conditions of Deputation
The deputation will follow the standard terms, including pay from the parent cadre along with deputation allowance. This is subject to the Government’s approval for exemption from the rule of immediate absorption in RVNL. Northern Railway has been instructed to relieve Mr. Anand and inform the Railway Board of his release date.
The officer will be deemed relieved from service on completion of the deputation period unless the tenure is formally extended with prior approval from the competent authority, as per Department of Personnel & Training guidelines.

Official Communication and Notifications
Copies of the deputation order have been circulated to RVNL, senior officers of the Railway Board, and Mr. Anurag Anand for information. This ensures a smooth transition and proper coordination between Northern Railway and RVNL regarding his responsibilities and release from the parent organization.
