Shashi Kajle has been appointed as Director of the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) for a tenure of five years. Her selection follows a recommendation by the Department of Revenue for central deputation.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Ms. Kajle will serve under the Central Staffing Scheme from the date of assuming charge or until further orders.
