New Delhi: The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC), a Government of India enterprise, has appointed M/s Kumar Naresh Sinha & Associates, a practicing company secretary firm, as its Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive financial years starting from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The decision was formally approved by the shareholders during the company’s 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on January 15, 2026.

Appointment Details and Tenure

The appointment of M/s Kumar Naresh Sinha & Associates was recommended by STC’s Board of Directors and subsequently ratified by the shareholders. The five-year tenure ensures continuity in the company’s regulatory and compliance oversight, strengthening corporate governance practices within the organization.
