Rishikesh: In a major boost to its commitment toward ethical business practices, THDC India Limited (THDCIL) has been awarded the prestigious IS/ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) Certification by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The certification applies to its Corporate Office in Rishikesh and NCR Office in Kaushambi, underscoring the organization’s continued emphasis on integrity, transparency, and good governance.

Congratulating the THDCIL team on this significant achievement, Mr R.K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, emphasized that the ABMS certification reinforces stakeholder trust and strengthens the company’s international reputation.
“This certification enhances our competitiveness in today’s evolving business landscape and sets a benchmark in ethical conduct. It reflects our alignment with national priorities and global best practices,” he stated.
CVO Rashmita Jha: Testament to Ethical Governance
Ms. Rashmita Jha (IRS), Chief Vigilance Officer, noted that the certification is a recognition of THDCIL’s proactive efforts to institutionalize ethical practices at every level. She highlighted that ABMS not only aids in preventing bribery but also promotes sustainable development through ethical decision-making.
Ceremonial Presentation of Certificate
The certification was first formally handed over to Ms. Rashmita Jha by BIS officials on August 18, 2025, at a ceremony held at the NCR Office, Kaushambi. The event was attended by:
