In a moment of pride for Tripura, IAS officer Ms. Aditi Majumder has emerged as the topper in the written examination of the 127th Induction Training Programme held at the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie. Her exceptional performance was recognised during a felicitation ceremony on June 12, 2025, at Vivekananda Hall, where the Speaker of the Lok Sabha awarded her the ‘Best Performer in Written Examination’ certificate.

Ms. Majumder not only excelled individually but also led her team—Group 1—to be adjudged the Best Performing Group, which too was honoured with a certificate of appreciation by the Speaker during the same ceremony.
The 127th Induction Training Programme at LBSNAA, renowned for its rigorous six-week curriculum focused on administrative acumen, leadership, and public service ethics, saw the participation of 97 officers from 19 states. From Tripura, several officers including Mr. Ajit Sukladas, Mr. Devananda Reang, Mr. Santosh Das, Mr. Dhanbabu Reang, Mr. Dasarath Debbarma, Mr. Mihir Kanti Gope, and Mr. Upendra Jamatia took part in the programme, reflecting the state’s robust presence in national civil services.
Ms. Majumder’s outstanding achievement not only brings great honour to Tripura but also serves as an inspiration for aspiring civil servants across the state.
