IPS officer GS Rao has been posted as the state Police Nodal Officer for Tripura. Mr. Rao, who is an IPS officer of 1999 batch and Tripura cadre, is currently serving as IG, Tripura State Rifles and Operations. He has been given the charge as SPNO in addition to his current duties. Earlier, he served as IGP (Crime & Intelligence), Tripura.
