The Lucknow police arrived outside the house of IPS officer Arvind Sen with Munadi. Munadi is a medieval practice of beating drums to make a public announcement. Sen is wanted in Rs 9.72 crore tender fraud case in Uttar Pradesh’s animal husbandry department.

Sen was declared a proclaimed offender on December 24 by the court. A non-bailable warrant against him was issued on December 10. He had not been appearing in the court.
