Mr. Vijay Chand, the Head of Project at NTPC Badarpur, was recently appointed the new Head of Project at NTPC Talcher Thermal Plant. Mr. Chand is a Mechanical Engineering graduate who began his remarkable journey with NTPC as an Executive Trainee in 1989. Over the years, he has held key designations across various NTPC locations, including Kahalgaon, Badarpur, Meja, Darlipalli, and the EOC in Noida. His leadership and dedication have been phenomenal in every role he has undertaken.
In his new role at NTPC Talcher Thermal, Mr. Chand shall be tasked with overseeing all activities and coordinating efforts with the ongoing project work of Stage-III units of 1320 MW at Talcher Thermal in Odisha.
