Joined by Chief Secretary Vikas Sheel, departmental secretaries, divisional commissioners, and collectors from across the state, the Chief Minister set a strong precedent by starting the meeting ahead of schedule—an indicator of his demand for discipline, accountability, and results.
Scheme Implementation Must Reflect On-Ground Impact
Calling the conference more than just a review meeting, CM Sai directed officials to ensure visible impact of state and central government schemes. “Your presence and sensitivity among the public is your true identity,” he said, calling for real-world outcomes, not just paperwork.
He urged the Secretaries-in-Charge and Divisional Commissioners to review all schemes regularly, especially in tribal and remote regions, and ensure that benefits reach the last mile.

Malaria Eradication in Bastar a Top Priority
Addressing health concerns, the Chief Minister placed special focus on malaria-affected areas in the Bastar Division, instructing officials to identify hotspot regions and launch intensive eradication campaigns.
He also emphasized:

- Regular operation of Nutrition Rehabilitation Centres (NRCs)
- Improved maternal and child nutrition

Paddy Procurement to Start November 15 — Zero Tolerance for Irregularities

CM Sai reviewed the implementation of major central schemes:
- Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi: No eligible farmer should be left out; especially in Bastar and Surguja divisions.
- PM Suryaghar Free Electricity Scheme: Ensure bank financing in rural areas so families are not deprived due to access issues.
