WB: IAS Mohammad Ikhlaque Islam Replaces Dibyendu Das As the New Director, Transport

Amidst a recent development, the government of West Bengal mandated Mr. Mohammad Ikhlaque Islam (2010 batch IAS officer) to assume office as the new Director in the Department of Transport, succeeding IAS Dibyendu Das (2011 batch).

Mr Islam had been serving as the Senior Special Secretary in the Department of Food and Supplies.
