1994 batch IAS officer Nandini Chakravorty, a seasoned IAS officer from the West Bengal cadre, has assumed significant responsibilities in the state administration. Ms. Chakravorty, who is currently serving as the Principal Secretary of the Tourism Department and Commissioner of the Medinipur Division, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Home and Hill Affairs Department.
In addition, she will also hold the position of Principal Secretary for the Parliamentary Affairs Department, continuing her role in the Tourism Department.
