IAS officer Tshering Y Bhutia has been posted as Special Commissioner, GST, Siliguri. Ms. Bhutia is an IAS officer of 2013 batch and West Bengal cadre. She was earlier serving as Additional District Magistrate and DLLRO (District Land & Land Reforms Officer), Kalimpong. She was also Additional District Magistrate in Jalpaiguri.
