Singapore: On the first day of his Singapore visit, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath signed three Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) worth ₹6,650 crore with Universal Success Group. The investment will focus on housing, logistics parks, and hyperscale data center projects, creating employment opportunities for over 20,000 people in the state.
Universal Success Group’s Strategic Investments
The three MOUs cover the following sectors:
1. International Theme-Based Group Housing near Jewar Airport
- Location: 100 acres in YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) region
- Investment: ₹3,500 crore
- Employment: Approximately 12,000 jobs
- Timeline: Project expected to start in 2027
The project will develop a modern, international-themed township near the rapidly developing Jewar International Airport, boosting real estate activity and enhancing the region’s profile.

2. Logistics Park on Kanpur-Lucknow Highway
- Location: 50 acres on the Kanpur-Lucknow Highway
- Investment: ₹650 crore
- Employment: Around 7,500 jobs
- Timeline: Expected to commence in 2027
The logistics park will strengthen the supply chain and transportation infrastructure, directly benefiting industrial units and boosting exports in the region.
3. Hyperscale Data Center Park in Noida/Greater Noida
- Location: 10 acres in Noida/Greater Noida
- Investment: ₹2,500 crore
- Employment: About 1,500 jobs
- Timeline: Planned to start by 2028
The 40-megawatt IT-powered hyperscale data center will reinforce UP’s position as a leading digital hub, promoting growth in IT and technology sectors.
CM Yogi Highlights UP’s Investment-Friendly Policies
During the Singapore visit, CM Yogi emphasized Uttar Pradesh’s policy stability, enhanced connectivity, and rapidly developing industrial ecosystem. He invited Universal Success Group to establish the data center in Lucknow, assuring full government support at every level for investors.
Employment and Regional Development
Collectively, these three projects will generate over 20,000 jobs, fostering growth in local businesses, small industries, and the service sector. The investments mark a significant milestone in UP’s industrial development and are expected to pave the way for further major agreements during the Singapore visit.
