In a heartwarming incident, the District Collector of Deogarh, Jharkhand, IAS officer Manjunath Bhajantari won the hearts of netizens when he especially came outside to meet an elderly woman in need of help.
As soon as the officer received information about the old woman, he immediately left his meeting and came out to see her and understand her grievance.
The woman was weeping outside the court premises. The officer asked her about her well-being and inquired about her requirements. He then arranged for food and better accommodations for the elderly woman and ensured her well-being by taking her with him to Saras Kunj Center.
