IFS officer Himanshu Tyagi has advised aspirants to take a pause and understand the “Why, When, Where, What and How of the preparation”.
Mr. Tyagi, who is an graduate from IIT Roorkee and is currently serving as a member of the Indian Forest Service, has shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) giving details about how to make the final decision for UPSC . The officer, who also served as Assistant Manager in Indian Oil, says that studying has always been a part of his daily routine.
He says that aspirants should ask themselves, ‘Why do they want to achieve this goal?’ ‘What do they want to achieve?’ ‘How will they achieve this?’ ‘When will they prepare their schedule’.
