IAS officer Kishore Kanyal who is the Commissioner of Gwalior Municipal Corporation has won the hearts of the netizens by treating hundreds of orphans at a lavish hotel on the occasion of his daughter’s wedding. He along with his wife made sure that nobody goes back empty stomach and served them on their own.
