Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai and his wife participated in the sacred ‘Tulsi Archana’ ritual at the Shri Jagannath Temple, Kunkuri, invoking divine blessings for peace, prosperity, and welfare of the people of the state. The ritual was conducted as part of the ongoing ‘Tulsi Archana’ program organized by the Shri Jagannath Seva Samiti, which will continue till November 5.
Arriving at the temple around 8:30 AM, the Chief Minister and his spouse offered prayers to Lord Jagannath, Lord Balaram, and Goddess Subhadra, performing the Vidhi-Vidhan Puja amid the chanting of sacred Vedic mantras. The ceremony symbolized spiritual dedication and collective prayer for Chhattisgarh’s progress, social harmony, and good governance.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai emphasized that religious and cultural programs such as Tulsi Archana play a crucial role in strengthening unity, devotion, and community bonding. He stated that spiritual gatherings bring people closer and reinforce shared values of peace and service.
The Chief Minister also congratulated and extended his best wishes to the Shri Jagannath Seva Samiti for successfully organizing the devotional event, praising their commitment to preserving the region’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.
Thousands of Devotees Participate in the Pious Ceremony
The temple premises were filled with a massive gathering of devotees who joined in the worship, resonating with chants of “Jai Jagannath” and devotional hymns. The entire atmosphere was charged with divine energy, reflecting the spiritual fervor and deep-rooted faith of the people.
Among those present were District Panchayat Vice President Mr. Shaurya Pratap Singh Judev, various public representatives, local citizens, priests, and administrative officials, marking a moment of communal harmony and devotion.
