According to Mr. Sai, the labor codes will directly strengthen Chhattisgarh’s industrial development and attract new investments. They are aligned with the state’s “Industrial Development Policy 2024-30,” facilitating MSME expansion, generating employment, and positioning Chhattisgarh as a preferred destination for businesses due to simplified compliance and transparent processes.
