Chief Minister Mr. Hemant Soren officially inaugurated the 5-day Jharkhand IAS Officers Wives Association (JESOVA) Diwali Mela 2025, held at the historic Morabadi Ground in Ranchi. MLA Ms. Kalpana Soren joined the event, which is being celebrated with great enthusiasm to mark JESOVA’s 25 years of dedicated service towards social upliftment.

The association continues to distribute honorariums to social workers and recently inaugurated a new library, reinforcing its commitment to community development.
