BPSC 69th Exam Result Declared: Sitamarhi’s Ujjwal Kumar Tops, 470 Candidates Selected for 475 Posts

A total of 1,295 candidates had cleared the Mains exam, and after the interview process, 470 of them were selected for the final posts.

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has declared the final results of the much-awaited 69th Integrated Combined Competitive Examination on Tuesday. Sitamarhi’s Ujjwal Kumar Upkar has topped the examination, securing the first position, followed by Sarvesh Kumar in second and Shivam Tiwari in third. The result can be viewed at bpsc.bih.nic.in.

A total of 470 candidates have been selected for the 475 available posts through this exam. The candidates had initially cleared the Mains examination, the results of which were announced on August 31, 2024. Subsequently, the interview process took place between October 15 and 30, 2024.

While, the results for Child Development Project Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Technical), Finance Administrative Officer and Equivalent posts have been shared separately. A total of 26 candidates participated in the interview round for the position of Child Development Project Officer, with 10 candidates being recommended. Pramod Yadav emerged as the top scorer in the exam for this position.

The BPSC 69th Combined Competitive Examination began with the release of the advertisement on June 27, 2023. The preliminary examination was held on September 30, 2023, with 270,412 candidates participating. The exam was conducted in Patna between January 3 to 5 and on the 20th and 21st of the same month. The provisional answer key was first made available on October 6, followed by a second provisional answer key on October 17, 2023. The final answer key was released on October 28, and the prelims result was declared on November 11.
