New Delhi – Grid Controller of India Limited (GRID-INDIA), a Miniratna-I and Schedule A CPSE under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, successfully held its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2025, in hybrid mode from its registered office in New Delhi.
The meeting, chaired by CMD Mr. S.C. Saxena, highlighted the company’s operational achievements, financial performance, and future strategic roadmap.
Leadership Participation and Key Approvals
During the AGM, the company’s leadership team and board members addressed the shareholders. Key attendees included:

Dividends Approved
The shareholders approved the payment of a Final Dividend of ₹63.32 lakh, in addition to the Interim Dividend of ₹569.90 lakh that had already been paid earlier to the Ministry of Power, the sole shareholder.
This brings the total dividend payout for FY 2024–25 to ₹633.22 lakh, reflecting the company’s consistent profitability and commitment to returning value to the government.

As India’s national grid operator, GRID-INDIA plays a critical role in maintaining grid stability and reliability amid a fast-evolving energy transition.
