GWMC (Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation) got its new commissioner as P Pravinya. She is a 2016 batch IAS officer who took charge as commissioner of municipal corporation at head office on Friday.
She was appointed to this post after Pamela Satpathy transferred as the collector of Yadadri-Bhongir district.
Previously she has also served as additional commissioner of Greater Hyderabad municipal corporation.
