Maharashtra Airport Development Company vice-chairman and MD Deepak Kapoor has been appointed as the new director general and principal secretary (information and public relations).
An IAS officer of the 1991 batch, Deepak will hold the additional charge of DGIPR too. He replaced 2004 batch IAS officer Dilip Pandharpatte, who has been shunted out abruptly.
