IAS officer Saroj Kumar has been designated as Director within the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for an extended five year term.
As per a directive issued on Thursday, September 21, 2023, by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the competent authority has granted approval for Mr. Kumar’s appointment to this position under the central staffing scheme. This appointment is valid for five years from the date he assumes office or until further instructions, whichever comes first.
