India celebrated its 77th Independence Day, marking 76 years of freedom, on 15th August, 2023. As the world’s largest democracy, the great nation paid its tribute to India’s freedom fighters and leaders who fought for freedom and sacrificed their lives.

The theme for this year’s celebration was, ‘Nation First, Always First’, an integral part of the broader ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebration.
