3 IPS officers promoted to DGP rank in Punjab

ADGPs BK Uppal, Sanjeev Kalra and Parag Jain have been promoted to the rank of DGP from January 1.

Amarinder Singh-led Punjab government promoted three IPS officers to the rank of (Director General of Police) DGP. These officers are currently serving as Additional Director Generals of Police (ADGPs).

According to the notifications, ADGPs BK Uppal, Sanjeev Kalra and Parag Jain have been promoted to the rank of DGP from January 1.
