The UP government has yet again transferred the IPS officers around the state. This time along with issuing transfer orders for 15 IPS, the state government also constituted Anti-Narcotics Task Force for the first time. IPS officer Abdul Hamid has been appointed as the DIG of the force.
Whereas Akhilesh Kumar Chaurasia has been posted as Superintendent of Police. At the same time, IPS Ravindra Kumar has been posted as DCP in Police Commissionerate, Kanpur.
Along with this, 12 trainee IPS officers have also been transferred. Anil Kumar Yadav posted in Lucknow has been sent to Noida. Abhijeet R Shankar has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in Lucknow. IPS Manish Kumar Shandilya has been transferred from Aligarh and sent to Varanasi Commissionerate. Ankita Sharma has been sent from Noida to Kanpur Nagar Police Commissionerate. On the other hand, Rahul Bhati has been posted from Gorakhpur to Bareilly, Abhishek Bharti from Prayagraj to Ghazipur, Sandeep Kumar Meena from Mathura to Moradabad, Santosh Kumar Meena from Varanasi to Prayagraj.
Anirudh Kumar has been posted from Intelligence Headquarters Lucknow to Fatehpur and Lakhan Singh Yadav from Varanasi to Police Commissionerate Kanpur. Apart from this, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police East Syed Ali Abbas has been posted in Lucknow itself. Saad Mian has been posted from Bareilly to Noida.
