In a minor administrative rejig, the Tamil Nadu government issued a transfer order of five IAS officers on 29 August 2020. This includes the District Collector of Krishnagiri district, S. Prabhakar.
2009-batch IAS officer S. Prabhakar has been given a new posting of Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment replacing IAS officer K. Phanindra Reddy.
S. Prabhakar has been replaced by the 2011-Batch IAS officer, Dr. V. Jaya Chandra Bhanu Reddy as the new District Collector of Krishnagiri. Dr. Chandra was currently holding the charge as the Executive Officer, Arulmigu Dhandayuthapani Swami Temple, Palini.
2008-Batch IAS officer, G. Latha who was holding the charge as the Chairperson, Teacher Recruitment Board has been posted as State Project Director, Samagra Shikha.
Commissioner of Corporation of Coimbatore, Sravan Kumar Jatavath has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Agriculture Department. Whereas, P Kumaravel Pandian (2014-Batch IAS) has replaced Jatavath as the new Commissioner, Coimbatore Corporation.
