On October 27th, 2020, the Government of Odisha issued an official statement ordering the transfer of 5 IAS officers.
The officers that are transferred are:
- Parag Gupta: An IAS officer of the 1988 batch has been posted as the Chairman of Odisha Forest Department Corporation Ltd (OFDC).
- Surendra Kumar: A 1993 batch IAS officer has been posted as Principal Secretary of Steel & Mines Department. He will also hold the additional charge of Chairman, Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd., Bhubaneswar.
- G Mathivathanan: An IAS officer of the 1994 batch is appointed as the Principal Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Department along with the additional charge of Chairman, Cuttack Development Authority.
- Mansi Nimbhal: An officer of the 2010 batch, she has been posted as the Member Secretary, OSAM Board.
- Yeddula Vijay: A 2014 batch IAS officer will hold the charge of Deputy Secretary, Planning & Convergence Department. He has also been allotted with the additional charge of Chief Executive, Odisha Renewable Energy Development Authority (OREDA).
