Delhi: 5 IAS Transferred, IAS R Alice Vaz Will Be Secretary, Higher Education and TTE

In a bureaucratic reshuffle in Delhi, Lieutenant Governor of the state Vinai Kumar Saxena has ordered the transfer of five Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers and two Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Civil) Services (DANICS) officers, in the national Capital.

According to the order, the LG, Delhi is pleased to order transfer, posting, and assignment of additional charge in respect of IAS officers, with immediate effect including, R Alice Vaz, IAS of batch 2005 presently posted as secretary (TTE) with the additional charge of secretary (Higher Education) and MD (DCHFC) is being transferred as Commissioner cum-Secretary (Higher Education and TTE), with the additional charge of secretary (Information and Publicity).

“Dr. S.B. Deepak Kumar, IAS batch 2005 presently posted as Commissioner (Trade & Taxes) has been given the additional charge of secretary (Dialogue & Development Commission of Delhi),” it read. “C.R. Garg, IAS batch of 2008, presently posted as Secretary (Information & Publicity) transferred as Secretary (Art, Culture & Languages),” it stated.

“R.N. Sharma, IAS batch of 2010, currently posted as Commissioner (Labour) has been assigned with the additional charge of Director (DIP)-cum-Special Secretary (Information & Publicity) and CEO (SHABDARTH),” the order read.

“A.K. Singh, IAS of batch 1995, currently posted as Development Commissioner has been assigned with the additional charge of Principal Secretary (Environment, Forest & Cooperation), the order further stated.
