In an administrative reshuffle, the Punjab govt changed responsibilities of five IAS officers gaving them new roles.

The Punjab government has transferred five IAS officers and gave them new responsibility in the state. Vinay Babulani has been appointed as Additional Registrar(Admn.), cooperative societies.
Babita has been appointed as Special Secretary-Revenue and Rehabilitation with additional charge of Controller-printing and stationery. Karnesh Sharma has been given additional charge of chief administrator-Jalandhar Development Authority. Bhupinder Pal Singh has been appointed as MD, PRTC while Preeti Yadav has been given additional charge as Additional Commissioner-Excise, Patiala, Punjab.
