Shailesh Kumar Singh, 1991 batch IAS officer from Jharkhand, Secretary, Department of Rural Development, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (27.01.2023), the competent authority has approved the assignment of additional charge to Mr. Singh from 28.01.2023 to 12.02.2023 during the period of absence on leave of Sunil Kumar (IAS:1987:UP).
