IAS officer of 2009 batch, Assam Cadre, Ms. Seema Rekha Bhuyan has been transferred and posted as the Deputy Commissioner of Morigaon Vice Smt Leena Das ACS. Currently, she was serving as the Secretary to Government of Assam, Political and Home Department, and Passport Department.
