In a minor reshuffle, a transfer order was issued in which a 1994-batch IAS was transferred in Assam-Meghalaya.
Avinash Purushottam Das Joshi who is currently serving as the Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Environment & Forest and Exercise Department, has been given an additional charge of Revenue & Disaster Management Department.
