J&K IAS Transfer: 11 IAS Shifted With Immediate Effect

1992 batch IAS officer Bipul Pathak has been appointed as Director General- Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development.

Jammu and Kashmir government has issued a transfer order of 11 IAS officers in the state.

This includes, Bipul Pathak IAS (AGMUT 1992), Principal Resident Commissioner-J&K Government, New Delhi who has been transferred as Director General- Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development.

Saurabh Bhagat IAS (AGMUT 2002), Director General- J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development has been transferred as Commissioner/Secretary, Science and Technology Department.

Vijay Kumar Bidhuri IAS (AGMUT 2005), Commissioner/Secretary – Revenue Department shall also hold the charge of Principal Resident Commissioner- J&K Government, New Delhi.

Sarmad Hafeez IAS (AGMUT 2009) presently Secretary – Tourism Department shall also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary- Youth Services and Sports Department.

Doifode Sagar Dattatray IAS (AGMUT 2014) presently OSD – J&K Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Commission transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Kupwara.

Devansh Yadav IAS (AGMUT 2016) presently Managing Director- J&K Trade Promotion Organization also holding additional charge of Managing Director- J&K IT Infrastructure Company and Managing Director-JKI Limited transferred as Deputy Commissioner-Kishtwar.

Basharat Qayoom IAS (Jharkhand 2016) presently Managing Director- Kashmir Power Distribution Corporatioon Limited transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Anantnag.

Syeed Fakhrudin Hamid IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 2017) presently Managing Director- Jammu Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation transferred as Deputy Commissioner-Budgam.

Bhupinder Kumar IAS (J&K 2011) presently Transport Commissioner-J&K transferred as Administrative Secretary- Health & Medical Education Department.

Dr. Piyush Singla IAS (J&K 2012) presently Deputy Commissioner-Anantnag transferred as Administrative Secretary-General Administration Department.

Rahul Sharma IAS (J&K) presently Secretary-General Administration Department transferred as Transport Commissioner- J&K.
