Kerala Government: Order to Transfer IAS Officers; New Collectors for Four Districts

In a major reshuffle on Thursday, the government has ordered to transfer IAS officers soon after the completion of 100 days by Pinarayi Travan led Government in Kerala last week.
Mohammad Y Safirullah, Electronics and IT Department additional secretary has been appointed as GST Department special commissions. Apart from this, he has also been given full charge of the secretary finance resources department. Mr. Y Safirullah will also continue to look after the additional charge as project director of eHealth, a centralized healthcare system.
Kannur District Development Commissioner, Snehil Kumar, is the new IT Mission Director. He even has the additional charges as the deputy secretary of the Electronics and IT Department and as Director of C-Dit.
Director S Sambasivarao, survey land records department has been given the twin charges as the project Director of Kerala State Transport project and CEO of the Kerala Road Fund Board.Related Stories
TV Subhash Collector, Kannur is the new Director of the Agriculture Department.
K Gopalakrishna, Collector, Malapuram has been appointed as the Director of the Employment Training Department. Simultaneously, be will also hold the post of Managing Director Kerala Academy for Nagunyam Development.
Adila Abdullah, Collector, Wayanad has been appointed as Director of the Women and Child Welfare Department.
TV Anupama, the incumbent Director Women and Child Welfare Department has been made ST Welfare Department Director with full charge of the Entrance Commissioner. She will also look after the additional charge of Gender Park Chief Executive officer and Lottery department director.
Abdul Nasser, Collector, Kollam is the new mission Director of MGNREGA Scheme.
S Shanavas, has been appointed as the CEO, Kochi, Smart Mission Ltd. He will also be the MD of the Vyttila Mobility Hub and Kochi Metropolitan Transport Authority.
Dr D Sajith Babu, Director, Civil supplies department has been appointed as the Director of the Institute of Land and Disaster Management.
N Davidas, Housing Commissioner has been given the additional charges of Director Backward Classes Development Department.
