- IAS officer Priyatu Mandal has been posted as Secretary-Rural Development & Panchayati Raj along with his previous posting as additional charge.
The Himachal Pradesh government has issued a transfer order of 13 IAS officers which also includes the Deputy Commissioner of Shimla, Priyatu Mandal.
Priyatu Mandal, an IAS officer of 2006 batch, presently serving as Divisional Commissioner- Shimla Division and also holding additional charge of the post of Managing Director- HP Financial, Corporation, Shimla has been transferred as Secretary-Rural Development & Panchayati Raj. He will also hold charge of the posts of Divisional Commissioner- Shimla Division and Managing Director- HP Financial Corporation, Shimla
Pradeep Kumar Thakur IAS (2014) presently Commissioner- Dharamshala Municipal Corporation, Dhramshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh also holding additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer-cum-Managing Director- Dharamshala Smart City Ltd., has been transferred as Director-Department of Empowerment of SCs, OBCs Minorities and Specially Abled, Shimla. Anurag Chander IAS (2016) presently Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Bilaspur has been transferred as Commissioner-Dharamshala. He shall also hold additional charge of Chief Executive Officer-cum-Managing Director, Dharamshala Smart City Ltd.
Dr. Amit Kumar IAS (2016) presently Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Una has been transferred as Director- Personnel & Finance, HP Power Corporation Ltd., Shimla.

Ms. Gandharva Rathore IAS (2016) presently Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Kangra at Dharamshala, has been transferred as Settlement Officer, Kangra Division at Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
Saurabh Jaiswal IAS (2018) presently Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Theog District transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
