The Himachal Pradesh government has issued a transfer order of 13 IAS officers which also includes the Deputy Commissioner of Shimla, Priyatu Mandal.
Priyatu Mandal, an IAS officer of 2006 batch, presently serving as Divisional Commissioner- Shimla Division and also holding additional charge of the post of Managing Director- HP Financial, Corporation, Shimla has been transferred as Secretary-Rural Development & Panchayati Raj. He will also hold charge of the posts of Divisional Commissioner- Shimla Division and Managing Director- HP Financial Corporation, Shimla
Pradeep Kumar Thakur IAS (2014) presently Commissioner- Dharamshala Municipal Corporation, Dhramshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh also holding additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer-cum-Managing Director- Dharamshala Smart City Ltd., has been transferred as Director-Department of Empowerment of SCs, OBCs Minorities and Specially Abled, Shimla. He shall also hold additional charge of the post of Managing Director- HP Minorities Finance & Development Corporation, Shimla
Anurag Chander IAS (2016) presently Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Bilaspur has been transferred as Commissioner-Dharamshala. He shall also hold additional charge of Chief Executive Officer-cum-Managing Director, Dharamshala Smart City Ltd.

Saurabh Jaiswal IAS (2018) presently Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Theog District transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
