Major Reshuffle in Odisha, Many Senior IAS Officers Transferred

Rabindra Nath Sahu, IAS(SCS-2009), Secretary, State Election Commission, Bhubaneswar is appointed as Collector & District Magistrate, Nayagarh.

The Odisha government issued a transfer order of senior IAS officers in the state on Monday, 10 October.

As per the notification, Rabindra Nath Sahu, IAS(SCS-2009), Secretary, State Election Commission, Bhubaneswar is appointed as Collector & District Magistrate, Nayagarh.

Similarly, Dr. Poma Tudu, IAS(RR-2012), Collector & District Magistrate, Nayagarh is appointed as Managing Director, Odisha State Medical Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar.

The post of Managing Director, Odisha State Medical Corporation Limited is declared equivalent in Status and responsibility to the post of Joint Secretary provided in the IAS Cadre of the State.

The additional appointment of Dr. Brundha D., IAS as Managing Director, Odisha State Medical Corporation Limited shall stand terminated from the date Dr.PomaTudu, takes over.

Moreover, Aditya Goyal, IAS(RR-2019), Sub-Collector, Kuchinda with additional charge of Executive Officer, NAC, Kuchinda is appointed as Chief Development Officer- cum- Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bargarh.

On completion of Phase-Il Training, Kulkarni Ashutosh C, IAS (RR-2020) is appointed as Sub-Collector, Berhampur.

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 20(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act Il of 1974), the State Government appointed Kulkarni Ashutosh C, IAS as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Berhampur in the district of Ganjam.

On completion of Phase-II Training, Madhumita, IAS (RR-2020) is appointed as Sub- Collector, Baliguda. She is allowed to remain in additional charge of Executive Officer, NAC, Baliguda.

On completion of Phase-II Training, Vedbhushan, IAS (RR-2020) is appointed as Sub- Collector, Dharamgarh. He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Executive Officer, NAC, Dharamgarh.

On completion of Phase-II Training, Chavan Kunal Motiram, IAS (RR-2020) is appointed as Sub-collector, Balasore. He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Executive Officer, Balasore Municipality.

On completion of Phase-II Training, Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak, IAS (RR-2020) is appointed as Sub-collector, Kuchinda. He is also allowed to remain in additional charge of Executive Officer, NAC, Kuchinda.

The additional appointment of Aditya Goyal, IAS as Executive Officer, NAC, Kuchinda shall stand terminated from the date Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak, IAS takes over.
