The Government of Manipur has issued a recent order on 3rd September, 2020 mentioning the transfer of 14 IAS officials. It is one of the major bureaucratic rejigs of this year announced by Manipur Government.
Amidst this shuffle Dr. Rajesh Kumar has been designated the position of Chief Secretary, DP, Home, Finance, IT, Cabinet and Chief Vigilance Commissioner. M H Khan has been assigned the post of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Forest & Environment, Fishery, Relief and Disaster Management, and Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Manipur Bhawan, New Delhi. Paulunthang Vaiphei has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Transport/Horticulture and SC/Works and Member Secretary, EBADA and BRDVB. Vumlunmang Vualnam has been appointed and given charge of Principal Secretary, Health and FM/GAD/RD. Vaulnam has been assigned with the additional charge of DG, SAT. RK Dinesh Singh is to assume the charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Textile Commerce & Industries, Revenue and Corporation. Nidhi Kesarwani has been given the authority of Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Agriculture, Sericulture and RD & PR. Devesh Deval is shifted to handle the charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Tourism/Planning/PHED. Chiphang Arthur Worchuiyo has been appointed as the Special Secretary, TA & Hills, Director, TA & Hills/TRI, MD, MTDC Transport and OSD to Chief Secretary on Skill Development & Employment. Haulianlal Guite is presently the Additional Secretary, Labour & Employment with the additional charge of CEO/State Health Agency. Dr Nivedita Lairenlakpam (Manipur 2014) presently Director Education/Ex-officio Registrar, Dhanamanjuri University has been transferred and given charge of Joint Secretary, Higher and Technical Education and Ex-officio Registrar Dhanamanjur University with the additional charge of Director, Transport. Lalithambigai Kalidash (Manipur 2015) presently Joint Secretary MAHUD/Director (MAHUD) OSD/IT to the chief secretary Government of Manipur has been transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary, Textile, Commerce and Industries and OSD/IT to the Chief Secretary. Lourembam Bikram has been given position of Director, Trade, Commerce and Industries, Vigilance, Joint Secretary, Vigilance/DP. Khumanthem Diana has been appointed as Joint Secretary, TA and Hills and Director, Education-U. Mamoni Doley is to considered to take the charge of SDO, Porompat and E/O, Govindajee Temple Board.
