According to an official order issued by the government of Jammu & Kashmir six IAS Officers has been transferred and given new charges. Mr Bipul Pathak (IAS 1992 AGMUT) has been given the charge of Principal Secretary, Principal Resident Commissioner, JK House. Mr Rohit Kansal who is 1995 batch IAS Officer from AGMUT Cadre has been given the charge of Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department with additional charges of Administrative Secretary, Information Department and Principal Secretary (Coordination) to coordinate the Government of India for review and monitoring of issues/projects.
Mr Nitishwar Kumar (IAS 1996 UP) has been given the charge of Principal Secretary to Lieutenant Governor with additional charges of Administrative Secretary, Power Department and Managing Director, J&K Power Corporation Limited. Mr Mandeep Kaur (IAS 2004 AGMUT) has been appointed as Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati raj. Prerna Puri (IAS 2006 AGMUT) has been given the charge of Secretary, Department of Information Technology and Sushan Chauhan (IAS 2009 AGMUT) has been given the charge of Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
