The Punjab state government on 10 March, issued a transfer order of two senior administrators including IAS officer Rakhee Gupta Bhandari who was serving as Principal Resident Commissioner, Punjab Bhawan, New Delhi.
1993 batch IAS officer Kakumanu Siva Prasad has replaced Rakhee Gupta to become ACS to Governor of Punjab. Prasad will also hold his current charge of ACS-cum-Financial Commissioner, Rural Development and Panchayats.
Whereas, Rakhee Gupta has been posted as Principal Secretary, Sports and Youth Services against a vacant post.
