While IAS officer Uday Bhan Tripathi has been appointed Special Secretary of Urban Development, IAS officer Sunil Chaudhary has been put on the waiting list. He was appointed as Special Secretary of Urban Development last year i.e. on 5 July 2022. He has remained in the same position since then before being put on the waiting list by the state government on Sunday, and the vacant post has been offered to Mr. Tripathi.
