In an another major reshuffle in bureaucracy, the Uttar Pradesh government on Friday night has transferred 12 IAS officers. Four officers, who has been kept in the waiting list after being removed from the district headquarters have also been posted.
IAS officer Ashutosh Niranjan, who was waiting for posting, has got the responsibility of special secretary planning. While IAS officer Rakesh Kumar Mishra, who was also in waiting list, has been given the responsibility of Special Secretary Housing and Urban Planning.
Long-awaited IAS officer Vaibhav Srivastava has been posted as Special Secretary, Home and Prisons Administration, Reforms. Amrit Tripathi, who was removed from the post of District Officer of Azamgarh, has got the responsibility of Special Secretary, Planning Department.
