2003 batch Indian Foreign Service officer Devesh Uttam, who is presently posted as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Lithuania.
Mr. Uttam is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
