The Tamil Nadu government issued a transfer order of 12 senior IPS officers on Wednesday night. According to the notification, senior IPS officer and IG Railways, Sumit Sharan has been shifted as IG, Homeguards, in the existing vacancy. IPS officer R Dhinakaran, IG, Economic Offences Wing, has been posted as IG, Idol Wing CID, in the existing vacancy.
Whereas senior IPS officer and DIG, Armed Police, A Kayalvizhi has been posted as DIG, Training, IPS officer VR Srinivasan and SP, Tiruvarur district has been posted as SP, Dindigul district in the place of C. Ravali Priya Gandhapuneni.
