24 IPS Officers Transferred in Delhi, Vivek Kishore Becomes Joint CP, Northern Range

The Ministry of Home Affairs issued a major transfer rejig in the police department of the national capital, Delhi. As per the orders, the Ministry has transferred and posted as many as 24 IPS officers realigning the police lineup in Delhi.

1. Vivek Kishore (IPS 1989-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Joint Commissioner of Police, Northern Range.
2. Om Prakash Mishra (IPS 2002-Batch) has been transferred and assigned the post of Joint Commissioner of Police, Licensing. Also, he gets the additional charge of Joint Commissioner of Police, Legal Division.
3. Rajesh Kumar (IPS 2003-Batch) has been given the post of Joint Commissioner of Police, Headquarters (HQ).
4. Hibu Tamang (IPS 2004-Batch) takes up the post of Joint Commissioner of Police, Security.
5. Vijay Singh (IPS 2005-Batch) assumes the charge of Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic (HQ).
6. Shibesh Singh (IPS 2005-Batch) has been made Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic (Zone-II).
7. Parmaditya (IPS 2005-Batch) takes over the post of Additional Commissioner of Police, Police Technology and Operations.
8. Vikramjit Singh (IPS 2006-Batch) has been made Additional Commissioner of Police, Eastern Range.
9. Geeta Rani Verma (IPS 2007-Batch) has been given the post of Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic (Zone-I).
10. Ravi Kumar Singh (IPS 2012-Batch) has been made Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Economic Offences Wing.
11. Jitendra Kumar Meena (IPS 2012-Batch) has been assigned the charge of DCP, EOW.
12. Vichitra Veer (IPS 2013-Batch) assumes the charge of DCP, Crime.
13. Ankit Kumar Singh (IPS 2013-Batch) takes over the post of DCP, Traffic.
14. Apurva Gupta (IPS 2013-Batch) gets the charge of DCP, Traffic.
15. A Ankit Chauhan (IPS 2013-Batch) has been transferred and assigned the post of DCP, Traffic.
16. Amit Goel (IPS 2014-Batch) has been shifted and posted as DCP, Crime.
17. Kushal Pal Singh (IPS 2014-Batch) has been appointed to the post of Additional DCP-I, Shahadara district.
18. Raja Banthia (IPS 2014-Batch) has been assigned the post of Additional DCP-I, Outer North district.
19. Hemant Tiwari (IPS 2014-Batch) takes over the post of Additional DCP-I, New Delhi district.
20. Rajeev Kumar (IPS 2014-Batch) gets the charge of Additional DCP-I, South West district. He will also take over the additional charge of DCP, Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport.
21. Sachin Sharma (IPS 2014-Batch) has been made Additional DCP-I, East district.
22. Amit Verma (IPS 2016-Batch) assumes the post of Additional DCP-II, Outer district.
23. Sandhya Swami (IPS 2016-Batch) will take over the charge of Additional DCP-II, North-East district.
24. Harsh Indore (IPS 2016-Batch) gets the post of Additional DCP-II, Shahdara district.
